Ducati begins production of the Multistrada V4

Ducati has officially announced the start of production of the brand-new Multistrada V4 at the Ducati Factory in Borgo Panigale. The first motorcycle in the world equipped with front and rear radar technology, showing off true Ducati innovation.

The Multistrada V4 is the fourth generation of Multistrada, and has been completely redesigned to ensure this model is perfect for ‘adventouring’ whilst staying true to its sportiness and all-round versatility. The Multistrada V4 introduces a compact, lightweight V4 engine alongside record-breaking maintenance intervals.

If the latest innovation is your thing, this new model will arrive as the world’s first bike with a front and rear radar system, a technology that was promised to a 2020 model year bike all the way back in 2018. This brings a new level of riding pleasure, especially on longer journeys and busier roads where the radar system offers a new level of safety.

The front radar controls the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) which allows the bike to automatically adjust its distance from other vehicles at speeds of 30-160 km/h, (roughly 19-99 miles per hour). The system has been carefully adapted to ensure the rider maintains control through all acceleration and deceleration. At the back, the rear radar has the ability to detect vehicles in the bike’s blind-spot. The Blind Spot Detection (BSD) system notifies the rider of approaching high-speed vehicles, for an overall safer ride for both you and those around you.

We are now taking deposits on the new Multistrada V4, and we’re anticipating this to be an ultra-popular model. Get in touch with the Sales team at Ducati Cambridge for more information, to register your interest or place your deposit.
