Four brand new Scrambler models
We’re excited to reveal four brand new Ducati Scrambler models, unveiled recently at INTERMOT 2018 in Cologne.
The new Icon shows off beefier side panels finished in aluminium, that blend beautifully with the steel of the tank and the headlight glass. The black engine cylinder heads add eye-catching appeal whilst additional comfort and safety secures that true ‘Land of Joy’ fun. This latest Scrambler offers a new, flatter seat providing extra comfort for both driver and passenger and Bosch Cornering ABS ups the safety features for a more carefree ride.
At the front of this brand-new Scrambler you’ll find LED daytime running lights for greater visibility on the road, and LED indicators to match.
The new Icon is available in ’62 Yellow and a new Atomic Tangerine colour, for those of you feeling a little more daring with your colour choice. Both colours provide a stunning contrast to the bike’s new dark 10 -spoke wheels.
Taking inspiration from the new Scrambler Icon, three new versions arrive alongside offering even more choice for those wanting to discover the Land of Joy.
Firstly, the Café Racer comes with Silver Ice Matt graphics (inspired by the 125 GP Desmo) against a blue frame and seat, and classic black wheels. A ‘60s look is achieved with new 17” spoked wheels, racing style bar-end mirrors, dual tailpipe and stubby mudguard.
Next up comes the Full Throttle, a true racing-style Scrambler model inspired by Super Hooligan championship star Frankie Garcia. The black and yellow two-tone tank with white stripes compliments the yellow number holders for that racing feel. No matter where you’re heading, the Full Throttle will get you there in style.
The final addition to the line-up is the Desert Sled, taking its own inspiration from classic American off-road bikes. The Desert Sled brings a reinforced red frame and colour-coordinated stitching on the seat. It’s dedicated Off-Road riding mode allows the rider to turn off the ABS for even more fun. Its rugged design, and Pirelli Scorpion Rally ST tyres complete the package.
