The last two weeks have clearly been a difficult journey for everyone, and so we just wanted to let you know that when you need us, we are here for you.
Service and Maintenance
In light of the Government’s most recent advice on COVID-19, and in the face of positive customer requests we have this week taken the decision to open our Service and Maintenance departments across all of our businesses from Wednesday 13th May.
This means that we are no longer reserving operations for key workers but are now in a position to be able to welcome all of our loyal customers - who have waited patiently through these challenging weeks of lockdown - back through our doors, at a time when knowing that your car is safe and reliable is arguably more important than ever.
Obviously, we continue to take our role in limiting the spread of COVID-19 extremely seriously, and as such, as well as additional sanitisation of both premises and vehicles, we have launched a new contactless dealership experience for everyone that chooses us for their service and maintenance needs.

As of today, in line with Government policy, our showrooms remain closed to visitors, however, behind the scenes we continue to do much work:
For new customers - Our Digital Sales Team continues to be on hand to help you with your vehicle enquiry via our Live Chat function on the website, or via phone and email.
And current customers - either awaiting delivery of a car, or coming to the end of their finance agreement - our Sales Teams will soon begin contacting you to arrange delivery either at home, or via a contactless showroom experience as soon as Government advise permits.
